RightScale is performing an unplanned maintenance on Shard 3 which will cause intermittent errors that may prevent new instances from being launched for a few minutes. The maintenance window will begin at 2:00pm PDT and will end by 2:10pm PDT. Please note that this will only affect US-3 accounts and not US-4 accounts. The shard you are on can be determined by looking at the URL of the account you are viewing. Any questions or concerns should be directed to support@rightscale.com.
