We have identified network issues in US-3 shard. Users might have experience slowness when using Cloud Management or Self-Service for shard US-3. This has already been resolved now.

For a 10 minute window within the 30 minute maintenance period, users might not be able to log into the RightScale Dashboard. Some user activity within the RightScale dashboard (including the Governance page) as well as api calls, may be impacted during this 10 minute window. Running instances will not be impacted.
